Impossible to complete the Sprint

Andranik Ghalechyan April 18, 2024

Dear Community,

I want to complete sprint but button is not available.

I have checked board source project's permission scheme.
In Manage Sprint and Start/Complete Sprint users are added (they have administrator role in project).

BUT board source project is Service Management project.

P.S. I as Jira admin have available button to complete sprint.

Please help me to understand the issue.

Hi @Andranik Ghalechyan It seems that Sprint is overdue ( currentDate > Sprint End Date )  that's user not getting option to Complete sprint. Kindly check Sprint End Date.

Exactly, check all the subtasks. If a child isn't finished you won't be able to complete the sprint.

I have checked.
But as Jira Admin I have permission to complete. Other users can not.

Sub-tasks should be all done :)

Thanks for support. Unfortunately it does not help )))
Jira Admin has permission but projects admin can not ))

You can have permissions in spades, but if the sprint items are not completely done (including the sub-tasks), you're not allowed to stop the sprint. This is by design.

Hi @Andranik Ghalechyan

How many projects are in the board's scope?

Andranik Ghalechyan April 18, 2024

Only one.
Also I have check.
The users have both jira_software and jira_service_management products permissions
