Impossible to assign to another person than the workflow rule?

Hi,

On Workflow, I have a rule said that on the creation, the issue is assigned to the Project Lead.

But when I create a bug, if i change the Automatic value to another person, on validation, the assignation is always the project lead.

is there a possibility to change the affectation during the creation if I want that my issue is not assigned to the Project lead but another person?

It sounds like you have added a rule, maybe a post function, to assign to the project lead regardless of someone trying to assign to another. If that is so, just get rid of whatever is forcing that. The automatic value will assign to project lead unless you pick someone else, which sounds like what you want
