Hi

Is there any workaround to import values to read-only field via CSV importer ?

Right now, we don't see read-only fields in the field mapping wizard of CSV import.

FYI : We use jira 5.2.9.

Thanks, Vishnu.

Hi,

We have unlocked all Custom Fields for CSV Importer in JIM 6.1.0. Unfortunately it's avaliable only for JIRA 6.1+(Marketplace). The most recommended way would be to upgrade your JIRA instance to version 6.1+ than you could install the newest Importers Plugin from Marketplace.

But if upgrading JIRA is not an option for you. You can try to import missing values via JSON importer which does not have such limitations. Documentation can be found under:

Hi Przemek

Would it be possible to update such fields via REST API ?

Thanks, Vishnu.
