Importing internal comments to Jira Service Desk by CSV

I can import tickets and comments from a csv file. But how to I import internal comments, ie those that should not be visible to customers on the portal?

the last time I talked with help-desk-migration.com they said internal comments can't be imported.
Has that changed?
