I pulled the backups of my server instance and uploaded them all according to the JIRA documentation https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CLOUDKB/Migrating+from+JIRA+Server+to+JIRA+Cloud and after all was complete I went to update a few users and got the following message:

Is there a way to get around this, seeing as my import has obviously been completed?
