Importing Data from Mantis and Jira software Server

Hi 

We have two questions.

 

First :  

We want to import data from Mantis to JIRA cloud but Mantis button is not present in rubric : External System Import

 

Second :

We also want to import data from old JIRA software server to JIRA cloud. Can you give recommandations ?

  1.  I think Mantis imports are Server only, not available to Cloud JIRA
  2. Get the old server up to the latest version of JIRA you can (take a copy and put it in a temporary dev system), then have a look through https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-import-a-project-from-a-jira-server-application-to-a-jira-cloud-application-779160760.html
