Import from Trac to JIRA: No Trac project selectable

Christopher Biel October 8, 2013

Hi,

we try to migrate from Trac to Jira including Stash and FishEye+Cruicible.

Fisheye and Stash worked very well without much problems.

Now I am stuck by migrating all tickets, wiki pages etc. from Trac to Jira. (Yes, I know https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Importing+Data+from+Trac )

The problem is, that JIRA does not seem to parse our project correctly.

In step 2, where the mapping from Trac to Jira project should happen, no Trac project is selectable. The drop down box shows "Nothing found" so I can not get to the next step.

Does somebody have an idea?

It would be helpful if there would be a simple list that shows where Jira takes the information from so that I could simply fix the problem...
But now I am stuck in here, because I don't what Jira misses.

Hope you can help!

Hi Christopher,

I suppose you encountered a recent bug that we introduced in JIRA. Please have a look at the issue https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/JIM-1042 If it happens to be the same problem please use the version of JIRA Importers Plugin attached to this issue.
If this is not the case you can rise a ticket on https://support.atlassian.com.</span<>>
