Import data from excel to gira

Hello everybody,

I'm new to using this system and recently I was responsible for creating the project's backlogs, it happens that the texts are the same, only the last digits change at the end. I manage to automate this in excel. My problem now is that I would not like to have to copy and paste one by one to create the backlog is there any way to automate this?
