HI Team,
I have done a project import in JIRA from a backup, the project import was made successfully and i have all the issues imported along with version and components as desired, but i had chosen for the attachments for import, do we have any means of importing the attachments now to the project which are already imported, i have read somewhere it can be possible by copying the attachment folder from source (old JIRA instance) to target (New jira instance)
Kindly provide me your suggestions

Hi ravish,
You should indeed just copy the old attachment folder for the project into your new jira attachment folder.
You might need to do a reindex and clear some caches but that should be all.
In the event that it doesn't work: remove the project from your new JIRA, copy the attachments first and then do the import again.
Best regards,
Peter
