Hi Sven,

You can refer to Restoring a project from JIRA Cloud to JIRA Server .

Hi, Sven.

Due to version mismatch, the project migration directly won't work. Instead, you should install another JIRA Server in the latest version, do a full migration from Cloud to this one and then export project from this one to your destination instance.

This procedure is described here (the link Paula sent you):

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Restoring+a+Project+from+Backup#RestoringaProjectfromBackup-ondemandmigration

The two JIRA instances must have the same version, so, you need two JIRA instances in the latest version.

Kind regards,

THX for the fast support.

But what JIRAversion(Server) do I need for an import?

Hi Sven,

Unfortunately, Cloud instance doesn't support "Project import". Said that, to have it achieved, you would have to set another JIRA instance and then perform a project export from this JIRA  to your main JIRA.

You can use the following document as reference. Please note that you can skip the last step, as you will not be migrating to Cloud.

Cheers.
