As part of tickets being raised we can look at the Issue Type within EazyBI (i.e. Service Request, Incident).
However we also use the Service Desk Request Type parameter (i.e. Issue, Report Request), how can we import this into EazyBI so that we can view this parameter?

Hi Paul,
You could try opening eazyBI import settings, ensuring that the project with Service Desk is selected and then in "show available custom fields" section select to import custom field "Customer request type" as a dimension and property.

Later you could use this new dimension for your reports.
