Images on cards have stopped showing recently

Hi all,

I would need support in explaining why images on cards on the Jira board have stopped showing for me recently.

Last week they showed all fine. I have images uploaded to each ticket and the first one used to show as card cover on board.

Attached is how it is showing now, not a single image.

I also try to go to each ticket and select card image again. However, whenever I select one existing uploaded image and refresh the browser, the image becomes "Failed to load". When I select "Hide on card" it is showing back in ticket as normal. (Attached screenshot 2 and 3)

I just need the cover image on each card showing as before. 

Please advise if you know how to fix this.

Hi Clark,

Yes, it was resolved the next day without me doing anything. So I guess it was a Jira bug.

Welcome to community!

Without being in your instance it could be a browser issue, have you tried a different browser? I know it sounds rudimentary but when was the last time you restarted your computer?

As it looks like one image have you tried deleting and reuploading that one attachement?
