If any issue closed directly and "Resolution" field is not on close screen, what the resolution date will give?

It gives you the date that the resolution was last changed from "null" to "something"

If you don't set a resolution, the date will remain blank. If you don't use the resolution field and have removed it from your screens, it's always advisable to set it on a "close" transition, using a post-function, so that you still get the date to come out
