If I migrate my Jira Cloud to server what exactly happens to the users/licenses?

I am interested in what happens to the users when I migrate from Cloud to Server. Their accounts are duplicated on the server Instance?

They can access it right away?

They keep their filters, dashboards, favourites access rights?

Thanks and sorry if it's a silly/duplicate qeustion

For the licences themselves, nothing.  The two systems use different licence systems.  All you do is buy new server licences for the right number of people, and stop paying for the Cloud ones.

All the data you have on Cloud is exported and imported, user accounts, dashboards, projects, boards, everything.  The only differences you will see is where functionality between Cloud and Server has diverged.
