If I disable Fisheye can I still create a link to SVN local

Hi

If I disable Fisheye and SVN in my Jira - On Demand instance. Can I then link my projects to a local SVN server using these projects settings without installing fisheye in my local environment.

The FishEye integration offers greater scalability, insight and flexibility into your source code and related integration with JIRA, however both solutions allow you to link JIRA to related code changes in Subversion.
