So every year the HR department gets a long list of managers and salespeople from the Active Directory and sends them a link to a Jira form - the Ethics Questionnaire. Most people fill out the questionnaire quickly but we need to create a list of who HASN'T filled out the questionnaire. Is there a more clever way to do this than forcing the HR people to download the list of completed forms every so often, upload it into Excel and compare it against the original list?
