Is tehre a way to achieve not allowed editing an issue but allow to add subtask?

I'd tried set an issue status "Open" to be non-editable.

Verified that the user had "Create Issue" rights.

After creating an issue, the user are not allowed to add sub task.

Was wondering is there way to achieve this effects?

Hi Kathleen,

1. Checked the "Issue editable" in the workflow.

2. Remove all relevant parties in the Permission scheme for "Edit Issue".

So far this is the closest to what I'm intended to implement.
