IP and Port information for JIRA

Hello,

In order to link our Bitbucket (Server) with JIRA Software (Cloud), we need to NAT JIRA in our firewall. For this, could you kindly provide what IP JIRA uses and which port it will be trying to connect to?

Um, it's a Cloud service, to there's no way to know what the IP address might be.  REST connects over https, so port 443 will do the job.  The current range of IP addresses that you'll need to deal with is listed at https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/database-and-ip-information-744721662.html
