Wendy April 28, 2014

Two users are reporting issues which started sometime after 4/14/2014. They both use Internet Explorer 9. These issues do not occur when using IE 8 or Google Chrome.

1. Cannot import a file using these steps because the Next option is not enabled.

Go to … https://opensolutions.jira.com/secure/admin/views/ExternalImport1.jspa

Select Import from comma-separated values (csv)

Enter the file to import in CSV Source File

Select Next

Enter DNA in the Import to JIRA Project

Enter Date Format = dd/MMM/yy

Select Next

Enter the JIRA fields for the CSV Fields

Select Next – Issue is my Next is not enabled after entering the JIRA fields

2. Cannot search in the Search box with a slash before the number

Put /319395 in the Search box and on IE 8 or Google chrome - 2 records are found.

With IE 9 - the message appears - No Issues ere found to match your search

I'm having a similar problem with Internet Explorer 8 and Google Chrome. I can always search fine in Chrome. In Internet Explorer 8, however, when I navigate to the 'All Issues' filter on any project, I will get the 'No issues were found to match your search' error message sometimes. The odd thing is that it only occurs randomly. I can get the message, wait 10 seconds, try the filter again, and it will work.

Does this happen to you all or part of the time?
