IE 11 hangs while accessing jira websites

Whenever JIRA links are accessed through Internet Explorer11, its just swings or stays as hang state.

JIRA is 6.4

Compatibility is also set on/off still no effects.

And it just goes in Running state and at end.. page cannot be displayed.

But this is on a Particular system.

On the same machine, works fine with chrome and firefox.

IE 11 is compatible but, please aware of the below three points mentioned in our Supported Platforms documentation https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA063/Supported+Platforms for more details:
# Minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 (when browsers are maximised).
# Please refer to our [Security Bugfix Policy|https://www.atlassian.com/security] on fixing browser issues.
# 'Compatibility View' is not supported.

If you run with no add-ons enabled, do you still face the same problem? 

In case if your instance is running behind a proxy, also run the test accessing JIRA directly and check if the problem will still persist and use the following guide to analyse the web requests:
