I would like to group issues with their clones on the Agile Board

Is there a way to customize the board so that the cloned issues appear indented/nested (like subtasks), or alternatively is there an add-on or a customized board that has that option?

Trying using "Swimlanes" based on a Query (a query where you know all the clone issues or use the JIRA Script Runner issuefunction in hasLinkType("Cloners"))

There is an add-on that helped me do this - Structure - The Issue Organizer - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.almworks.jira.structure/server/overview

 

It was close to impossible to do it with swimlanes because I couldn't figure out a way to have an issue per swimlane, and in some cases I had multiple clones per issue that were in the same workflow state.
