I would like to adapt the Create Issue page to have a "Title" field instead of a "Summary" field.

Also I'd like to change the word 'Issue'

It seems that in JIRA 5.x it would be best to do it using a newly created language pack.

Can anyone tell me how to create my own language pack and the key words needed, specifically for 'Issue' and 'Summary'
