I would like our customers to send an email to a defined email address and when that email is sent it creates a "request/bug' in Jira with the email as an attachment or as the text (including screenshots) into the bug.
(The bug would be assigned to a default assignee)

Basically, you need a POP or IMAP mailbox for it to monitor, then emails to that address will be processed as per handler.
The assignee is done outside the email part though - it'll do whatever the "default assignee" setting is in the project.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
