I want to take away access from all on demand jira users while we carry out some migration work

We want to take a backup on Friday afternoon, we have informed all but is there a way to lock down on demand JIRA completely for all except the site admin. So that we are sure that the backup we have taken is all good and we have not lost any information.

 

I was expecting to see a single switch on/off - but i couldn't seem to find any...

Hi Apoorva

In the Gobal permissions https://<instane-name>/secure/admin/GlobalPermissions!default.jspa,
you could remove the groups at *JIRA Users*, which will deny all login attempts from the users in those groups.
After the backup just re-add the groups.
