I want to send a ticket to service desk however, as per instructions there is no create button on the top of my screen. Where else can I send a ticket?

Hi,

Please visit this page https://support.atlassian.com/

Then log in and you'll properly see the 'Create a Support Request' and click on 'JIRA' under the 'Atlassian Cloud'.

You will see many categories of support type:

  • JIRA Support
  • Agile Support
  • JIRA Service Desk Support
