I want to filter sub-tasks under a task that has a particular field value

So we have a field called "Object" with options A, B, C, D etc. This is available in the main task. Now I want to filter for all the sub-tasks that have the value "C" set for "Object" in the main task. Is there a way to do this, using normal subquery?
