I want to extend my trial version license from one week to one month

Which app or plugin are you using? By default, it should be a 30-day trial period. You can apply for an extended trial before the trial period expires.

This is the cloud version available for 7 days.

I am working for Archway Marketing Services. They are very much interested to purchase licenses. Before that they wanted to see a demo. I am working on creating a demo for them.  Could you please extend my license to one month.

Jira cloud trial environment is limited to 7 days, you can try to download the local server, extend to 30 days trial.

Or you can try contacting the Atlassian support team for help.
