I want to create filter for my project name, issue type as Epic and epic name as xxx-throwing error

I tried this querry but it is giving me error - what do i do?

project = "XXX" AND issuetype = Epic AND "Epic Name" is ''Production Validation Epic''

Error in the JQL Query: Expecting either 'OR' or 'AND' but got 'Production'. (line 1, character 77)
