I want to add auto ticket from JIRA if customers email to us

Hi All, 

I need your help. We have customers who use JIRA portal so tickets can be automatically created. However, most of the users will just email to our support email. So we want JIRA to automatically send an acknowledgment ticket and use our email address (domain) 

How do we do this?
