I've changed an issues filter, why is my only option to "Save As"?

I want to save it under the existing name.

If the filter text is the same, it will only let you save as. If you have changed the filter text, run the filter first before trying to save.

You also need to be the owner of the filter.

It's been my experience that people haven't run the query yet. The (/) green symbol makes the users believe that they are good to go.

Thanks all. Change > run > save worked. Definitely a PICNIC error.
