I've been sent an email to say that my trail as expired and I'll lose data. What?

How do I find out which products I am trailling?

 What does this mean?

Your subscription has been canceled

Hi Sharon,

Your Atlassian cloud subscription for the following products on biochannel.atlassian.net has been canceled:

  • On or after Jun 6, 2024, all associated paid apps will be deactivated and app data will be deleted. Submitting payment once your Product data has been deleted will not reactivate your subscription (or restore your Product data). Contact us if you'd like a copy of your data before it's deleted.
  • On or after Apr 22, 2024, all apps you’re currently trialing will be deactivated and app data will be deleted. Submitting payment once your Product data has been deleted will not reactivate your subscription (or restore your Product data). Contact us if you'd like a copy of your data before it's deleted.

Products already on the Free plan haven’t changed.

If you would like to unsubscribe, please add your payment details and resubscribe from within the ‘Manage subscriptions’ section of your site.

Hi @Sharon Eaton

You can go to https://admin.atlassian.com, select your organization if you have more than one, and then click on the "Billing" tab in the navigation at the top. There you can see all your products and apps and their current state.
