I use JIRA cloud and do not want the bulk update to overwrite the custom field but to append to it

I have custom fields with checkboxes and I have 3 users who will bulk update issues and I want to append and not overwrite with each bulk update. Is there a solution to this ?

Hi Vidya,

A similar question was asked in the Communities post Bulk edit customer custom field.  Maarten Arts from Avisi stated they created an add-on for this issue called Atlas CRM for JIRA.  I would take a look at that add-on to see if it works for you.  In addition I would also create a Suggestion on JAC and add your use case.

Once you do that you can post the link to the JAC ticket so others can vote on it and add impact!
