I stopped receiving emails after migration to office365

Hi,

I have recently moved my inbox for email junhui.lim@ufinity.com from Zimbra to Outlook (Microsoft 365)

Since then I have stopped receiving notifications for tickets I am watching such as:

  • new comments
  • new mentions
  • new issues assigned to me
  • changes to a ticket (reassignment/status of a ticket)

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows a fix to this issue? Everything was working perfectly before the migration.

Hello, Good day. Checking the email logs from my end, I can see emails are getting delivered to your email address. Recent one at 2024-11-14T03:39:23.000Z UTC. Thanks

Hello! I am still unable to see it from my outlook mail, is there any possible reasons you can think of?

Hello, please check if you have any rules configured on mail. Also, you could followup with the mail server admin team to check the status of emails received from the Atlassian domain.
