I have recently moved my inbox for email junhui.lim@ufinity.com from Zimbra to Outlook (Microsoft 365)
Since then I have stopped receiving notifications for tickets I am watching such as:
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows a fix to this issue? Everything was working perfectly before the migration.

Hello, please check if you have any rules configured on mail. Also, you could followup with the mail server admin team to check the status of emails received from the Atlassian domain.
