I see the error 'This add-on failed to enable. It may require a license. Please refer to the logs for more information.' while trying to enable the script runner plugin

i was able to install the 'script runner' plug in in QA environment but i see the above mentioned error in production while trying to enable the plugin, any clues?

i am using JIRA5.2.10 version in both of the environments.

Look in your JIRA log for details on the failure. The "require a license" is almost always a red herring.
