I recently attended a Service Now Demo and they claim to have the a way to reply/update their request via email. Is there a plugin that will allow me to do this in JIRA?
That is a default functionality in JIRA.

There are few plugins like JEMH which gives more flexibility.
thank you Jobin. I read that in the documentation but it wasnt clear if it could also be configured to advance the workflow. Is that possible?
