I not getting any mail from Jira

We have some domain issues last week but after that I am not getting any mail about Jira from that day onwards

Hey, @Pramodh M are you asking me to configure Jira's Mail server or our domain main server and what changes do we need to do. In the mail server what are the default value should be given

Reconfigure the Mail Server. Check the Mail Logs from Raising the Support ticket with Atlassian Support.

Same goes for our projects. 

Jira Cloud, customer notifications are not working. 

Sending test e-mail does work fine (using our custom domain)...

  1. Changing notifications e-mail address to the default project one, then publicly commenting on an issue > no e-mail
  2. Changing notificctions e-mail address to our custom one, then publicly commeting on an issue > no e-mail
  3. Sending test-e-mail through customer notifications panel > we get an e-mail.
