I need to restore epic links on my cloud instance. Can someone from support team manipulate the db like mentioned in this doc and fix this- https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/all-epic-link-data-appears-to-be-lost-779158624.html
I have fixed this issue on my server version but due to other errors, unable to import on cloud, so just wanted to ask if Atlassian team can do such a thing on cloud?
