I need to determine who created a user in Jira

I need to determine who created a give user in JIRA internal directory? 

Also determine WHEN the user was created will help. As a JIRA Administrator, when I go ot the profile I only see how many times he logged and when was the last time.

Hi Juan,

Using the Home Directory and DB Browser for JIRA plugin you may inspect the cwd_user table and see the create date of the user. However, there is no columns to store information about the creator for the user, so I doubt that you will be able to receive that kind of information from JIRA.
