I need to configure customers that only receive mails and can not enter the portal

customers can only receive emails from when a ticket is created is modified and closed
But they also can not generate tickets

A customer is defined as someone who is able to create a ticket in JSD. Can you please explain and provide more context about your use case so we can try to help with some solutions?

I need some clients to only see the tickets of their organization but they can not create new tickets.


Is there any way to restrict customers from creating tickets or is there any way they can view their tickets without entering the portal?
