Hi Lukas,

the cloud instances have a very different architecture to the server instances. There we have to use the public REST-APIs provided by Atlassian and do the calculation on our servers. For the calculation of a lot issues and fields this approach is not very high-performance. Another way could be to store all the relevant data on our systems, but you don't want that we do this wink

Hope this helps!

Hi there,

we just released a new version of our add-on for JIRA Cloud.

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.cps.sumUp/cloud/overview

Try it out! Give us feedback!

It's a little bit different then the server version.

Have a nice day!

Kind regards

Daniel

Because Atlassian have not selected the Server version for inclusion in Cloud and the authors have not written a version for Cloud (yet.  I don't know if they plan to)
