I am losing my vision and need help adjusting JIRA. I have turned my JIRA into Dark Mode which helps and have made my screen large but I am still having issus seeing print screens and some details in my tickets.
Hey @kristy.collins welcome to the Atlassian Community and really sorry to hear about the trouble you're having reading some of your Jira items.
I'm not an expert on this by any means, so please excuse my ignorance, but is it more an issue with the size or the text, or the contrasting and colors that are making the details difficult for you to read?
As @Humashankar VJ says there are a few accessibility settings/other apps that might improve the visibility of items for you.
I'm not sure if it would help or not, but our app (Visor) has a two-way integration with Jira and is very much focused on creating bright, textured, visualizations of live, real-time Jira project data. More info here:
Typically people use Visor to create and share more stakeholder friendly views of their Jira projects for updates, think colorful, less intimidating looking than Jira, more appealing etc.
But I think there's an outside chance (again depending on the precise nature of what it is about the Jira display that is being difficult for you) that it could help, if your difficulty is around things like the contrasting of text/background colors.
I've added a couple of screenshots to show you how the app looks.
Visor has a free plan, so give it a quick try if it sounds like it could help.
If that's not applicable at all then sorry if I've wasted your time! And hope some of the other accessibility apps help solve this issue for you so it stops getting in the way of your Jira use. :)
Please consult with the Jira administrator regarding the implementation of additional accessibility enhancements or plugins.

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards
