I'm trying to change the email on my account, but I'm not able to.

Hello.

Not long ago, I had to change my professional email to a Gmail account on my Atlassian account. After resolving that issue, I now want to switch back to my professional email account. However, when I request the change, it says that I need to open an email from Atlassian to confirm the switch, but this email never arrives. It doesn’t show up in Spam or anywhere else.

I do receive a notification email on my Gmail account saying that an email change request was made, but that’s it.

How can I revert to my professional email account?

Hello, Good day. Possibly your email has been added to suppression list. Hello Mohanraj, good morning!
How do I share the link with the admin user? In this case, we recently subscribed to Google Workspace, so I believe Atlassian needs to remove "@issoai.com.br" from a suppression list, correct?
