Hi! I've been trying to get my "8 digit code" verification email to access to Jira but it has been an impossible thing. I can access to Confluence but I'm not receiving any email when a document is updated. Here are the options I've tried:

Hi @Maite Uriarte
I found that your email address was on a suppression list we maintain. This tends to happen because we received a bounced email from your SMTP server in the past. I have cleared this suppression, so you should now be able to receive new messages from our Cloud services.

I'm also not receiving any emails - can you please check if I'm suppressed as well @Andy Heinzer ?

Hi @Jay Schoen
There was a suppression. However I did not see the initial bounce message to determine what caused this. I have cleared the suppression for your account and all other users on your domain just in case.

Hi @Andy Heinzer , I'm also experiencing this. Could my account also be on the suppression list? Would you be able to assist here?

There is no suppression on your account. Instead the cause is different here. In your case, your mail server is responding with a message of:
421 4.7.0 [TSS04] Messages from 156.70.150.19 temporarily deferred due to unexpected volume or user complaints - 4.16.55.1; see https://postmaster.yahooinc.com/error-codes
I have reached out to my mail team to see if this is something we can adjust from our side. But in the meantime, I'd recommend just keep trying. Eventually our service will either drop off that spam list or rotate the IP address used to send messages for this.

Hello @Maite Uriarte
It is possible that your email has gotten blacklisted on the Atlassian side.
I have added a tag to this post to raise it to the attention of Atlassian team members.
