I'm not receiving password reset or verification emails from Atlassian

i'm not receiving the confirmation Email to aktivate my Bitbucket account. My server don't blocked the domain "mailer.atlassian.com" too. i have created my Bitbucket account bevor i have created the Email account. Now i have the problem that i can not receive anything! if i create a new account with this email or if i reset the password!.

Hi Jiao! It looks like you might have used a wrong/ different address to sign up. I've checked our mail system and I couldn't find anything wrong with your current email address (the one you're using to access this Community) but I found an error for a similar email address:

Recipient address rejected

Can you make sure you're using the right email account to sign up for Bitbucket? I've removed the block for the other one anyway, just in case.
