I see no updates has occurred for a while on this. So I will take a swing on lending a hand.
Just based on what I type in to the tool for importing and what you are sharing; there are a couple of things you can try.
first - add /rest to the end of your address. i.e. - https://trialvattenfall.atlassian.net/rest
second - There should be a user name for Kathleen (don't know your company name convention, but if I had to guess it would be - kalimoenadi ), look that up and use it for the login; not her full email address like you are using now.
Those couple steps solved my issues on getting logged into the tool.
