I'm not able to assign anyone to issue

Hi,

I'm not able to assign anyone to the issue.

All permissions required are correct:

  • Browse Projects
    Project Role (Developers)
    Project Role (Administrators)
    Project Role (Users)
    Project Role (Customer)

  • Assign Issues
    Project Role (Developers)
    Project Role (Administrators)
    Project Role (Customer)

  • Assignable User
    Project Role (Developers)
    Project Role (Administrators)
    Project Role (Users)
    Project Role (Customer)

Now I have secutiry scheme as well (We don't want customer to see other issues beside his own). Scheme looks like below:

Customer Default Customer for BUG, Users / Groups / Project Roles:

Current Assignee
Project Lead
Project Role (Administrators)
Project Role (Developers)
Project Role (Users)
Reporter

I created test user for myself and add it to customer role, then I creted test ticket, because I need to be Reporter of this issue to see it, and I don't have permission to assign issue to anyone else. Nothing happens when I click on my own name.

Can anyone help with that?

Is the Assignee field on the Edit screen? If the field is configured to be only on the Create and View screens, you'll be able to see it when you create the issue and when viewing the issue, but you won't see it in the Edit screen or be able to edit the field inline.

Hi,

I double checked and assignee feeld is on my screen, and screens set up as follow:

Default  - GRAX Screen

Edit Issue - GRAX Screen

View Issue - GRAX Screen

When I'm logged in as Customer I can't edit issue at all, see my permissions:

Edit:
Project Role (Developers)
Project Role (Administrators)
Project Lead

It shoudn't be the case though as another person in Customer role is able to change assignee - he actually report, that he was not able to assign an issue to 2 of developers. He is able to change assignee on all other developers beside 2 of them.

I don't have any idea how to solve it...
