I'm having trouble creating a new issue or seeing a ticket details but only in Chrome.

The plus sign on left will not open a new window for me to create a new ticket in JIRA.

I also can't click on a existing ticket and see details.

But only doesnt work in Chrome v 77. It is the latest. Work fine in Edge.

I erased all my bookmarks/cookies/etc.

Uninstalled chrome and re-installed it and still no luck.

Do you have an add blocker or popup blocked installed in your chrome instance? Disable it, or whitelist your internal jira. I have seen cases where adblocker/popup blockers etc can affect the Jira UI.

yup - that seemed to have solved it.

I removed ALL of my plugins.  But dont know which one was the offending one.

Add them back one at a time till you see which one breaks it :)

Most will have a whitelist function. (Do not run this addon on this URL) I know adblockplus does. Pretty sure noscript does too.

Let me know which one does it, Just for  the benefit of future searchers.
