I'm getting "Sprint cannot be completed as there are incomplete subtasks on the following issues"

When I try to close the sprint, I got "Sprint cannot be completed as there are incomplete subtasks on the following issues" error.

All stories and subtasks are "Done" and on last column (right).

Can anyone help me please ?

Are all the sub-tasks on the stories on the board?

Hello Nic, actually we have an specific board with all the subtasks created. However, we can see the subtasks on the stories.

Do they actually have a resolution? it doesn't matter if the status is done, what's important is that the subtask have a resolution value assigned. If they do, then they should have a strike-trough if you open the parent ticket.

Hi, yes, the subtasks have a resolution value assigned, and still I can't close my sprint =(
