I have created a Jira dashboard and want to change the default titles for the gadgets but not getting the option to change it. Attaching screenshots below.

You can't with the out of the box Gadgets in Jira. You would need some type of add-on app.

Like @John Funk mentioned, it is possible to edit the gadget titles with Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards.

You can do it very easily.
After configuring the gadget, in edit mode, click on the title, and the system will allow you to edit this field:
If you are looking for more advanced gadgets, check out the Mindpro Insights app. This app allows you to add custom gadgets to Jira dashboards and offers more features and options for showing your metrics.

This option not working for me. In the attached images you can see edit mode but not allowing to change the title. I'm using data centre version of Jira.
