I have to re-enter my email and password whenever I log on today (May 8 2017).

Background:

- I access hosted Jira using IE11.

- Prior to today, I could enter my Jira site without entering a password.

Problem:

- Today I have to enter my email and password whenever I open the Jira site.

I have tried clearing all of my browser history and cookies.

I would be grateful for any trouble-shooting tips.

Hi DMc, 

It sounds like your browser might be removing your cookies when you close it, causing you to login again everything your start a new session. 

To disable it, click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Internet Options. 

Open the General Tab in the window that appears. Under the Browsing History section, uncheck the box next to "Delete browser history on exit."
